Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at returns@athgola.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will send further instructions. In eligible cases, we will arrange a pickup from your address. Please ensure the item is packed securely and ready for pickup at the agreed time.

Do not return items without prior confirmation.


5. Return Pickup

We offer pickup services for returns under the following conditions:

  • For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a free pickup from your address.
  • For returns due to reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or no longer needed, you may:
    • Ship the item back to us at your own cost, or
    • Request a return pickup through our courier for a small fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees and return pickup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
