At Athgola, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across India.
1. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (metro cities)
- Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as high demand, holidays, or courier delays.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery: Available on all orders, regardless of the order amount.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Flat ₹50 COD charge applies per order.
3. Delivery Locations
We currently ship across all major pin codes in India. If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you after order placement.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package directly through our shipping partner’s website.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact-us@athgola.com with your order ID. We’ll investigate and assist with a resolution promptly.
